The Black Sheep is a hard-made sheep cheese. As its name suggests, the marriage of the tradition of hard cheeses with the originality of sheep’s milk confers to the latter come from our range, exceptional characters. Made in summer with the milk of our sheep grazing in the mountains and ripened in our cellar for 9-12 months, this cheese of character with a rich and creamy dough gives the tasting a sweet, subtle flavor with floral notes that develop slowly in the mouth.
