Conditions of use

The execution of an order (processing of an order) presupposes the acceptance of our general terms and conditions (GTC). By using our website, users declare to agree with the GTC valid at the given time. The Sapalet Sàrl reserves the right to proceed to the update of these CGV in case of necessity. The use begins with the opening of the page in an Internet browser.

Conclusion of contract and order confirmation

After your purchase in the online store, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. The contract comes into effect with the acceptance of the order. Our confirmation is decisive for the quantity to be supplied and the execution of the order. Unless otherwise agreed or implied by the subject matter of the contract, the risk and profit are transferred to the buyer when the goods leave our warehouse.

The orders are paid by paypal, by credit card or by advance payment.

The security of the payments is ensured by the Paypal portal.

Delivery conditions

Cheese being a perishable foodstuff, the following principle applies: the purchaser takes the necessary measures to ensure the reception of the perishable foodstuff, for example by receiving the goods himself, by charging another person to receive it. If the above conditions are not met, Le Sapalet Sàrl reserves the right not to deliver the order.

If the above conditions are not respected, Le Sapalet Sàrl declines all responsibilities in case of theft or deterioration of the products.

Right of restitution

Insofar as our products are foodstuffs and therefore perishable, there is no right of return after the expiration date.

In case of error of order of your share, the articles will not be taken again.
