Our confirmation is decisive for the quantity to be supplied and the execution of the order. Unless otherwise agreed or implied by the subject matter of the contract, the risk and profit are transferred to the buyer when the goods leave our warehouse.

Payment

The orders are paid by paypal, by credit card or by advance payment.

The security of the payments is ensured by the Paypal portal.

Delivery conditions

Cheese being a perishable foodstuff, the following principle applies: the purchaser takes the necessary measures to ensure the reception of the perishable foodstuff, for example by receiving the goods himself, by charging another person to receive it. If the above conditions are not respected, Le Sapalet Sàrl declines all responsibilities in case of theft or deterioration of the products.
