
Organic cow cheese fondue, half and half hard (CH). Sachet of 600g.
Cow's milk cheese with a typical spicy taste and a velvety texture.
Recipe for 600g: Rub the caquelon with the garlic. Add white wine (3dl) and cheese. Bring to medium heat while stirring slowly to melt the cheese. The mixture should not overcook.
Keep refrigerated at max. +5°C. Consume within 12 days.
